Conditions governing the use of your Customer Benefits Card
To serve you quicker and protect your account balance we have introduced a few requirements governing the use of your new card.
We ask that you get your card scanned at point of sale before paying for goods. We cannot back date sales and we may not be able to manually locate your name on the computer if you have forgotten or lost your card. Please have your card scanned, this is the most reliable and accurate method that ensures your sale is credited to your account.
You must have your card scanned to access any Impact dollars you have accumulated. Impact dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.
Your Customer Benefits Card can only be used at point of sale. Invoiced sales do not credit your account with Impact dollars.
An initial Customer Benefits Card is issued free to customers who have spent a minimum of $100.00. Replacement cards can be issued but your account will be debited five Impact dollars.
Whilst we take reasonable precautions to protect our data we will not be held responsible for any loss of your records. Obviously we are not a bank and do not have the associated security. Though your Impact dollars do not expire we recommend that you redeem your Impact dollars regularly.
